Dear Nancy,
 I
must tell you that when I opened the box and pulled
out my quilt and pillow, I was truly overjoyed as I
looked at them�seeing each of my Hard Rock Caf�
t-shirts (that were once folded and housed in a
drawer) transformed into a beautiful vibrant quilt
and matching pillow was beyond amazing. As I
continued to look at them, I was, to say the least,
awestruck!!
When I first contacted you and
discussed what I was hoping to have done, I wasn�t
sure what to expect for the finished product. The
colors of the fabric you sent via mail over the
miles between you in California and me in Texas�the
phone calls we made back and forth discussing ideas
and making decisions�WOW!!! I really don�t think my
imagination does justice to what you did�I had no
idea what to expect, but I will tell you, I can�t
wait to show my quilt and pillow and your
breathtaking and mind-blowing artistic talents to
all my friends.

that will bring lots of joy and comfort�

Dear Nancy,
I just wanted to take a minute to say thanks.
When I received my order yesterday I was so thrilled
to see the workmanship in this quilt. It makes me
wonder why I spent so long looking for a premade one
when it is so obvious nothing I would have found
could have compared to the one you made. It looks
great on the bed and ties the whole room together.
It was so nice to be able to
meet with you after you chose the fabrics to approve
the colors. Although it was not necessary since
after seeing your work I found your taste
impeccable. I could not be happier. I think you
guys are doing a wonderful job, and I was just
awestruck by your entire operation!
I have enclosed two photos so
you can see your hard work in my room.

Hi Nancy,
We
want to thank you so much for making our quilt, in
memory of our Dad and Papa. By making it from
his old Harley Davidson t-shirts, we can all look
back and remember him and how he enjoyed riding his
bike. We will cherish this quilt for
generations.

| Having a quilt made with
the many athletic events I've participated in has been a
dream of mine for a long time. The task seemed
overwhelming! Then one day I met Nancy Cerna at a 10K
run and my dream became a reality! Nancy was
incredible to work with! I felt like I was a hugh part
of the creative process yet, guided by her expertise. I
was able to select materials that worked with my varied
t-shirts and she made them all fit beautifully into a
magical tapestry. It became more than a piece of woven
art on my wall, but the essense of who I am and where
I've been.
On rare occassion I have treated myself to a piece of
art that calls to me. With the quilt making process, I
had to trust Nancy, and the Universe, knowing that she
would create that unique piece for me. I am so glad I
did! This was the best investment I could have made for
myself: it not only nurtures my soul, but my room as
well!

with creations as wonderful as mine!

the quilt is absolutely perfect! The detail in it is incredible!
Each and every little piece reminds me of a good memory, which
is what I wanted. I showed it to several friends, and they were

Hi Nancy,
 Just
wanted to send you a note to say THANK YOU for all your hard
work. I absolutely LOVE the quilt you made for my Prince! It
turned out beautiful! It was so tough giving it to him because I
wanted to keep it for myself :-) (I'm serious)
I want you to know he absolutely LOVES the quilt! He was
speechless and GET THIS... he even got a little teary eyed when
he looked at each image. (OH MY GOD, I thought that was so
sweet) I could tell this meant so much to him. He told me that
this gift was priceless and he could not believe that someone
who doesn't even know him put so much hard work into something
for him. The thing I love about my Prince is, he's got such a
big heart! He appreciates all the little things. He couldn't
believe all the time, thoughts, efforts put into making this
project for him. Thank you so much for scoring some brownie
points for me :-)
I can not thank you enough for this sentimental gift. Prince is
going to be trying out sometime this summer for Major League
baseball. Just think, if he makes it big, he'll have a quilt
that he'll be taking on the road to all the games that YOU made
for him. Thank you Nancy! It was perfect! I am so pleased with
the way it turned out. You did an awesome job with resizing the
images and putting it together. Even when I imagined how it
would turn out, my imagination wasn't even half as good as what
you did.
On top of the quality work you did, you are such a sweetheart!
You were great thoughout the whole project. I know I may have
seemed stressed out sometimes and I apologize for changing the
images a couple times, but it had to be perfect! You have no
idea how perfect you made it! You truly are a talented person!
Thank you so much for meeting the deadline. You made our 2nd
anniversary a day we will always cherish! I will never forget
the look on my Prince's face when he smiled, eyes got watery and
he hugged me to tell me that I truly am his princess! All
because of you Nancy! You're the best!
If I know of anyone who needs a quilt, I am definitely going to
recommend you!

Dear Nancy,
 I
am so very pleased at how well my nostalgic T-shirt &
organic cotton quilt turned out. Every morning as I
straighten it on my bed I have a lovely trip through memory
lane of college days, past companies I worked for, races I
have run, and more!
Thank you for your flexibility in making the extra effort to
investigate and work with organic cotton materials so I
could have the locally made "eco-quilt" I was seeking. What
better than to find such a skilled local person to "recycle"
my abundance of shirts along with environmentally
responsible new materials?Your thoroughness is making
sure we reviewed the layout several times along the way, and
covering details down to the final patterns to finish
stitching the quilt together are very much appreciated!

I took the quilt that my sister had started and you finished to Washington in May and gave it to my Niece. She was so happy to have it that she cried. She didn't have anything that her mother had made before her death, so it really meant a lot to her. Thank you so much for the beautiful job you did. She especially liked the envelope on the back and said she is putting some pictures in it.
